Agenda:
Tuesday, April 26 – Hospitality
Suite, room 208, will open by 5:00pm. Please try to eat supper
together as a group. (All officers and board members will have a brief
meeting in a room to be announced at the hospitality suite)
Wednesday, April 27 – our
business meeting will begin at 9:00am. We will have a guest speaker.
The Hampton furnishes breakfast for overnight guests, but the club will
still provide coffee, soft drinks, Danish & muffins at our meeting.
Golf will be played on
Wednesday afternoon, April 28. Please contact Chuck Crews to advise
your intentions to play along with your handicap info.

Our annual banquet will be
held Wednesday night at 7:30pm. Hospitality suite will open at 6:30pm
for a pre-banquet social and also open after the banquet. Coat & tie are
recommended, but are not required. Banquet fee of $25 will be
collected during the business meeting. Banquet fees are waived for
retired members and their spouses.

Accommodations: Standard room
rate is $99 plus tax and suites are $114 plus tax. Our contact person
at the Hampton is Tammy Boyte.
IMPORTANT:
Mention that you are a Southern 1752 Club member when making reservations
because of our special rates and the fact the motel could be booked heavily
for our dates, plus our Club fees are reduced by the number of rooms we book
in the club’s name. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to
insure that you have a room.
VERY IMPORTANT:
The Hampton would like for us to advise how many
people will be staying overnight, attending our meeting and staying for the
banquet, so please advise Chuck Crews, preferably via email, the following
info….
