Agenda: Tuesday,
September 30 – Hospitality Suite will open at 5:00pm. Please try to eat
supper together as a group. There is a restaurant at the hotel.
(All officers and board
members will have a brief meeting at 5pm in a room to be announced at
the hospitality suite)
Wednesday, October 1– our
business meeting will begin at 9:00am. We will have a guest speaker.
Continental breakfast will be served at 8:30am in our meeting room.
The meeting will probably conclude around noon.
Accommodations: Our block
of rooms will be held until 9/15/08. The rate is $85.00 plus tax. This
rate includes a hot-n-cold breakfast buffet on a complimentary basis for
each overnight guest. Our contact person at the Wyndham Garden Hotel is
Sari Newton. Please feel free to contact her anytime should you have
questions or concerns,
IMPORTANT: Please mention
that you are a Southern 1752 Club member when making reservations. If we
can book 10 rooms in the club name, our hospitality room will be
complementary. If we don’t meet our contract obligations, we will be
charged for room shortages, so please book using the club name, so we will
get credit for it. Please make your reservations as soon as possible to
insure that you have a room. You can also make your reservation online at
www.wyndham.com, and you will receive
a confirmation number after booking.
Look forward to seeing
